In the interim, he worked as a real estate leasing representative for American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. and General Nutrition Centers finding new retail sites and negotiating leases with strip center and mall developers throughout the United States. Joe has experience in mall leasing with Crown American Properties and brokerage with The Galbreath Company. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
